We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the items are with the parcel service. All claims must be filed with the respective parcel service that is delivering your package. Please check that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
